We can assist customers with the full range of services from filling a form to Judicial Review in almost any areas of Social Welfare law.

The post holder will be able to manage a demanding and varied workload and will demonstrate flexibility, efficiency and an overall can-do approach to tasks, ensuring that the needs of Citizens Advice Bolton and our customers are met.
The post holder will work within the activity centres to provide a reliable and effective provision of social welfare law advice, focusing on immigration across Citizens Advice Bolton and its services.
Citizens Advice Bolton offers both Legal Aid funded services to clients and a private fee-paying, not for profit service. Our services have a wide geographical remit. The post holder will be required to work across both legal aid and fee-paying areas.
