OPENING HOURS FROM 7TH JUNE 2010
NEW OPENING TIMES
Bolton District CAB Ltd is changing the times of the Social Welfare Drop In to make it more accessible to those people with issues around Debt, Employment, Immigration and Welfare Benefits.

The Non Subject Based Drop In access times will also change. The Non Subject Specific Drop In Sessions are for people with issues that do not fall into the above categories.
New times
In order to cut waiting times it is important that you attend the relevant sessions
Our dedicated social welfare drop in sessions will now be delivered for 3 full days a week. If you have an issue which is either debt, welfare benefit, employment or immigration related you will be able to access the Social Welfare Law drop in on: -
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 9.30am and 3.30pm
If you are planning to attend one of these drop in sessions you will need to bring along the following: -
Any documents relevant to your enquiry eg recent bills, Home Office letters, benefit award letters etc
If you need us to work on your behalf such as help around your debts, benefits, employment, or immigration status then you will also need to provide proof of your income, details of your benefits, wages slips and details of savings. Note we may be unable to help you if you do not bring in proof of your income and savings, and as such you may be asked to come back to another session, therefore it is important that you bring as much detail as possible.
Please note that the purpose of the drop in session is to enable us to assess your query and establish if there are any emergencies as well as provide as much of the follow up work as possible, to save you coming back. If you fail to bring proof with you, we will be unable to carry out casework for you until you do so.
If you have a query regarding any other issue there are Non Subject Specific Drop In Sessions on: -
Friday 9.30am-4.00pm
Please bring all related documents to the session, you will not need to provide proof of your income to these sessions
