About the CAB
At Bolton Citizens Advice Bureau we focus on our clients as individuals. We will give you free, confidential, impartial and independent information and advice and work with you to solve your problems. For example, we can help you sort out any debt worries and ensure you claim all the benefits you may be entitled to. We can help with housing and employment problems or deal with queries about consumer or tax issues. We can advise on legal matters, answer questions about immigration and we have lots of experience on family and personal matters too.

We are an accredited, Quality Marked partner of the Community Legal Service.
We are a member of Citizens Advice, which produces the extensive on-line information systems that we use to advise clients and also sets the standards for advice, training, equal opportunities and accessibility in the bureau. The Citizens Advice service also helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice and by influencing policymakers.
